16.2hh Andalusian/Hanoverian mare
“When I started my hunt for a dressage horse, it
was very important to me to find the RIGHT horse. While I
wanted a horse with talent and the ability to move up the
levels, I also knew that I needed a horse with the kind of
temperament that I could ride, enjoy and progress with when
a trainer wasn't watching me. That's why I called Paul Belasik.
And that's why I came home with Telarana
“Not only is Telarana pretty and
talented, but she's also beautifully mannered and has an
excellent temperament. We've been to some of the East Coast's
biggest dressage shows over the last few years, and have
had success moving up the levels. While we may not take
home a blue ribbon each time, the judges always give us
points for her gaits and for the expression with which she
executes the movements. Our show rider friends often ask
to stable their horses next to her, hoping some of her calm
will rub off on their horses!
“I had looked at many Spanish horses
before I saw Telarana. Once I spent time with her, rode
her, and saw how Paul had developed her into a young horse
with tremendous talent and temperament, I made the decision
to buy her. It's one I've never regretted.”

16.3hh Andalusian/Trakehner mare
“My partnership with Stella is
one of the greatest joys of my life. Her keen intelligence,
gentleness and trainability make her a joy to work with. She's
equally at home trail riding in the wilderness and holding
her own at the big shows on the Florida circuit. Every dressage
rider should be so lucky to have such an outstanding partner
and friend!”

Excelso Out of Hanovarian Mare
16.2hh Andalusian/Hanoverian gelding
“Estoque is the horse of my dreams. He is calm,
intelligent, willing and athletic. He has the very best of
the Andalusian and Warm Blood qualities. Wherever I take him
the trainers and judges are so impressed. There is nothing
in his conformation or his mind that will hold him back from
eventually working at the highest levels of dressage. I am
completely thrilled. Oh...and when you offer him a hug, he
hugs you back!”

“Champion Santo Iago has it all: ability,
aptitude and attitude! He's a quick learner and always wants
to please. He's had a highly successful competition career
in Alberta (Canada), Texas, and Florida. Iago made his Prix
St.George debut this past summer. He's now my schoolmaster,
challenging me to be the best rider that I can be. My white
horse is my passion. And an unending source of hugs and laughs.”

16hh 3 year old 15/16 Andalusian mare. This is
one of the nicest horses we have started. She is by Excelso, who
is consistently winning at Grand Prix, under such judges as 'O'
judge Axel Steiner. She is out of the 7/8 Andalusian mare,
Elegante Francesca. This mare is a full sister to a horse we
sold a couple of years ago, Toros Bravos, who can be seen in a
soon-to-be-released film, "The Lost Quixotes." Bravos is a
17.1hh beautiful copper bay.
Tina has an outstanding temperament; she never
shies or misbehaves. Every day it is a pleasure to ride her. She
works alone or with other horses, and has started lateral work
and counter canter.
She has natural flying changes in the field and
on the longe, like all of the Excel offspring. She is a
beautiful mover, extremely comfortable to ride. Valentina has
unlimited potential, with a solid 10 for disposition. |
